We are just about to go live, and now realizing the mobile side of our site is extremely slow. Is there anything we can do to speed this up a bit? It also doesn’t seem to scroll all that well.

The lag could be coming from too much animation on your page. Note that phones do not have much processing power like a desktop computer and even on my PC, the site is laggy. Try reducing the animations in your slider.
Regarding the scrolling issue, it could be coming from the Pro Footer. This usually happens if content exceed the bar’s height or have negative margins. To quickly test this, set all Footer Bar’s Height to auto then also set the Overflow of all Bars to Hidden.
