If I change themes to the default 2022 WP theme the mobile nav works.
If I change back to X PRO Child, my mobiles menus don’t do anything…

If I try Desktop (inspect mode), the mouse still clicks and the “mobile opens”…
FYI, the live site did work once upon a time, lol but the stage site has not worked since install…

I checked your both website it seems that the mobile Hemberger menu is working fine at my end. I have checked it on my phone(iPhone 7+) please have a look at the given screenshot in the secure note. I would suggest you purge all the cache and clear your browser cache then check it again.

I have checked your website on different devices and different browsers but didn’t find the issue you described. It seems that the problem might be with your device only. I suggest you consult with a local developer who can inspect and investigate the issue specifically at your end only.

I am another staff checking in. I can click on the mobile menus for both of your site, staging and the live site.
In the meantime, can you please use Chrome, Brave, Firefox or MS Edge browser in your iPhone? Also, use private browsing mode and test your site again. Lastly, please send us a screen capture of your phone so that we will have an idea of what you are seeing on the screen of your phone.
