Mobile hamburger nav button malfunctions

Hi guys,

the mobile nav button on my site is misbehaving. At times (so far tested on both iOS and Android devices) the button won’t respond at all or only after refreshing the page. Other times it works just fine.

Could you please take a look and help me figure out what’s going on?

Hi @mairhoefer,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your setup and there are few errors in browser’s console which is breaking your site. Please check for the following first:

  1. Remove custom JavaScript from everywhere, global JS and Cornerstone JS section (take a complete backup first)

  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  3. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

Hi,

I have tried 2 and 3 but regarding 1 I’m not quite sure the site even has any custom JavaScript. Is there anyway to find all custom JavaScripts?

Hello JP,

I went ahead and logged in to your site. I found the JS code. It is on the Cornerstone’s Custom JS section.
The issue should be fixed now.
