Mobile Hamburger Menus not working anymore on older Devices

All my mobile menus are not working anymore on i.e. iPhone 6 or 7 models. They are on more recent ones.
I tested them quite a while ago on these older devices and I am pretty sure they have worked. So some update in WP or the theme or some plugins must have caused this issue.
Could you help here and give some advice on how to proceed? I already followed your guidelines in disabling plugins i.e.

I checked your site on my iPhone 7+ and it seems that the hamburger menu is working fine at my end. I would suggest you, please clear your browser cache and check it again.

It doesn’t work on iPhone 6 and 7. Not the + version sir. Please confirm. Idk how to fix this…

I checked it on my end and it is working fine at my end. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
5. Child Theme

If none of those work, I would suggest you please open a new thread, it would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
