Mobile Hamburger Menu White Dots (Homepage Only)

Hi,

When a mobile nav menu is used on this client’s website from the home page, the options are all displayed as white circles (see attached). When the mobile menu is viewed from a subpage, it works properly (see attached).

The home page does have a different header than the subpages, but the navigation portion is identical.

All apps, plugins, and the theme are up to date and current. The website cache has been cleared as well.

This website structure hasn’t been changed in several years, so it only recently was noticed by the client…and verified by me - tested on several browsers. I’m assuming a recent Cornerstone update caused this issue…but why only from the home page??

It’s a bizarre one, for sure. Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?

Thank you,

Rick…

Hello Rick,

Thanks for the very detailed post information. I think you are having a caching issue or that a specific custom CSS applied to the homepage. The homepage serves as a cached version. I would be happy to investigate further with your issue if you can provide me with your login details. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site

Hello Rick,

I have logged in and checked the site. I temporarily deactivated the Hummingbird plugin because it is the one causing the issue. It could just be a caching issue.

Please check your homepage now. This is what I am seeing on my mobile phone:

Please take a few hours, and then you can reactivate the Hummingbird plugin.

Best Regards.

THANK YOU!!

Knowing the plugin causing the issue helps narrow things down. I’ll speak to their support staff if the issue remains.

Thanks again,

Rick…

You are most welcome, Rick.
