Mobile Hamburger Menu Not Working on Mobile

Hi,

when on my phone and I click the hamburger menu nothing is happening so I can’t click to see menus.

What is the issue and how do I fix this?

Thanks for writing in! You may be having a caching or that there is a JS error on the page. Please do the following first:

If nothing is helping, we would love to investigate your site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

So sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Hard to figure it out when it comes and goes. Would this make it cache, cdn, or possibly a lazy load from WP rocket (or something else from WP Rockety?)

Yes, it could be just cache. Can you please share the URL of your site so we can inspect and test it as well? May be we can replicate the issue and figure out what is causing this.
