Mobile hamburger menu is not clickable

Hi team,

In responsive mode on mobile device, mobile menu hamburger icon is not clickable. When we click on it, nothing happen.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking I see that you have updated Cornerstone but you’re still using the older version of X theme which could be the cause of this issue.

Could you please try updating your X theme as well and make sure to purge your server cache as well as browser cache before testing your site again.

Thanks for quick response.
Actually I made some changes with your help in my theme and could not make a child theme yet.
Therefore I could not update theme now. Can we solve it without updating theme or roll back corner stone update

Hi there,

The mobile menu issue would be fixed if you have a compatible version of X and Cornerstone.

If you do not wish to update X, you can roll back by using the backup that you kept before updating Cornerstone.
