Mobile Hamburger Menu Already Collapsed

Hi,

I am facing an issue where the hamburger menu is already collapsed into the different sub-menu items, and clicking on the actual hamburger menu doesn’t do anything. Can you please help me fix this?

Thanks

Hi there,

I tried checking the site from your licenses page but it required a login to be accessed.

Kindly check if you have both X and Cornerstone updated to the latest version as it will cause an incompatibility issue if one of them is outdated.

If the issue persists, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the response @Jade. Both the X theme and cornerstone are updated to the latest version. I also tried deactivating all third party plugins, and the problem still persists.

Can you please take a look? I provided login details in a secure note.

Hi There,

Thanks for the details!
as I can see there are several JS errors in your website which is causing the issue.

This error may be due to third-party plugins or custom code. I would like to suggest you a few things, that might help you to fix the issue. We can’t perform any action to the site as it’s in live.

  1. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services. For the CloudFlare please follow the steps below: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/

  2. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.

  3. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

4.Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you could please try the above and if you still have the issue we’d be more than happy to assist.
Thanks!

Hello There,

Your post reply has been withdrawn.

I have tested your site and I am seeing this:

Does the issue resolved already. If not, please temporarily deactivate any caching plugin like W3 Total Cache or WP Autoptimize plugin. Clear the caches first before deactivating it. Clear your browser cache as well. You may use private browsing mode or Chrome’s incognito mode and test your site again.

Hope this helps.
