Mobile Conflicts

Hi there,

I recently took over a site, cleaned out the old theme and plugins and replaced with Pro, however, there appears to be some leftover from the previous theme or a plugin that came with the previous theme.

This issue is only on mobile and appears to be intermittent… sometimes when loading the site on a mobile device the following page appears:

And when the page is loading the design correctly there is still an issue of this “view mobile site” displaying at the bottom of the page (this is not part of the Pro theme build):

What could be causing these issues? I disabled the bluehost caching as I know this can cause some problems but the issue seems to be persisting.

Hi Nathan,

It seems the link comes from the Jetpack plugin:

Can you please try disabling the Jetpack plugin then check again?

That appears to have resolved it! Strange though… I’ve never had issues with the Jetpack plugin.
