Mobile Button Pushed Down in Header

Hi, I often have a problem with the mobile button being pushed down onto my slider. I want the mobile button to stay at the top of the screen, on the nav bar. Can you advise? The site I’m working on is atlasfeed.flywheelsites.com. \
