Hi There,

The padlock is gone from my site and im getting mixed content errors.

Mixed Content - Errors
Soft Failure An image with an insecure url of “http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/06/bg-integrity-1.png” was loaded on line: 2824 of https://aiad.com.au/.
This URL will need to be updated to use a secure URL for your padlock to return.

In have fixed the backround image by uploading to wordpress and changing the image in appearance>style etc…

But the other on is in CSS

Can you please help em fix it? I’t seems to have happened since the last them update.

Thanks for writing in!

The image is not in the CSS but in the custom CSS or in Theme Option -> Layout and Design

Please check your Theme Option -> Global CSS if you won’t find there please check in Theme option -> Layout and Design Check the background and remove the image there.

If that doesn’t help please send us your login details in a secure note so that we can have a look.

Hi @aiad_development,

First, please refrain from replying to your thread again because we answer from the oldest to the newest and it will be triggered again as the newest.

In regards to your concern, If the changing in the background for temporary in Layout and background does not work.

You could directly remove the final using FTP. Follow the destination then remove the file if it is not used.

Don’t forget to clear site and browser cache.
