Mixed content error on https site

I’m not sure if this is X Theme related but when I upload an image as a background (or anywhere on the frontend), it does not use https and gives a mixed content warning.

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://garcias.nextweb-dev.com/x/#/content/54/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://garcias.nextweb-dev.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/IMG_1724-final-bw.jpg'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

Do you have the site address and the wordpress address set in the general settings page to have https?
