Hello,
Installed X a few weeks and worked on the site, theme is validated.
Today I noticed I’m missing the X settings on the dashboard?
Probably a silly question, but where did they go?
Thanks

Hi @wtdm,
Thanks for writing in.
Check if you have activated the theme and if your have installed a child theme, disable it first.
If still not helping, please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.
Don’t forget to set it as a secure note.
Please share us also a brief history of what you have done in your setup.
Thanks.
Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. See credentials below.
I did some minor custom CSS but that’s all.
Did install Child Theme.
Also seems Contact Form 7 is acting weird, can’t get submit button to show.
Hi There,
Thanks for the details!
The issue is due to booking form plugin that you have installed.
It’s the plugin that causes it, the menu is simply registered by priority and positioning and can be overwritten by anyone. If you’ll compare the screenshot, the order in the menu is Dashboard then X, but with that plugin being active, it became Dashboard then Booking.
The one that gets overwritten is always the one that is added first. Hence, X do it first but overwritten by the plugin.
Thanks!
So I could deactivate the booking plugin temporarily while updating X and not lose settings? Sorry, never had that particular issue before. Are there any booking plugin you would recommend similar to this one?
Is it also this plugin interfering with Contact 7? (No submit button)
Thanks for the help
Update on X menu not showing:
There is a positioning feature on the right column to set the menu on top or bottom. After switching to bottom, X menu reappeared.
Good to know for anyone using Booking Calendar (By wpdevelop, oplugins)
Hi there,
It seems that X settings is now showing up on your admin area while the booking plugin is active.
Try adding the contact form 7 shortcode in a Raw Content element instead of a Code Snippet element.
Hope this helps.
Uhm… still no submit button.
Looked at CSS, doesn’t appear there is anything calling to hide the submit button.
Does call for invalid field, probably an error on my end.

Hi There,
The submit button is there at the bottom of the form, it is white on a white background so it is invisible.
Please navigate to X > Theme Options > Buttons and reconfigure your button colors (text, border, hover).
Hope it helps,
Cheers!
Thank you.
Did not figure out the X button customization had an effect on Contact Form default.
Worked perfect.
As usual, thumbs up for your support
You’re more than welcome, glad we could help.
Cheers
