Missing X licencses, visible in Envato, not in apex

I have purchased 4 X licenses from envato in Dec 2015, see all pdf files containing license information in Envato, but when logging in to apex I see only one.
When I try to register missing licenses, I get the following error:
Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.

Thanks for posting in! Is this the only account you have in the APEX? Please create a secure note in your next reply and insert the 4 licenses so that we can look it up and see which users it has been linked to.
