I am using Pro on this site and although I have set the settings correctly in the Theme Options I still do not see the titles of the WooCommerce archive pages, such as:
https://aggroupshop.it/negozio/ (Shop)
https://aggroupshop.it/categoria-prodotto/prodotti-per-parrucchieri/ (Category page)
What could it depend on?

Thanks for reaching out.
I suggest that you will use the new features of Pro which is Layout Builder to customize the layout of your shop page and category page so that you will have a full control on how your layout works.
We uploaded new videos about loopers, please watch all of them so that you will have an idea of how the loopers works.

I am trying to build the layout for WooCommerce categories but I can’t, as I can make the looper work only on products and not on categories…

It might be the issue of plugin conflict or JS/CSS customization issue. Please make sure you have set the Header as “ON” from the Pro —>Theme option -->Stack —>Integrity —>Shop Option.
I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
