Missing text on woocommerce cart page

Hi,

I’ve got an issue with woocommerce, text is missing in mobile view.
I’ve compared my website with another one that’s also running Pro theme and that one isn’t missing text strings.

I believe that there is a line missing in the mobile view.

Is the something I can do about this?
Or is this really a Woocommerce issue?
I’m running Woocommerce 4.0.0, Pro 3.2.2 and Wordpress 5.3.2

Hello Michael,

Thanks for writing in! Your site cart is actually displaying correctly. That is the default mobile layout of the cart for the Ethos stack. I have investigated and it turns out that your example site is using Renew stack. This is why they have a different structure, layout and styling.

Hope this explains it briefly.

Thanks for your replay. I already tried to change the stack to Renew, but it still doesn’t show the styling where the names are displayed correctly. The “:: before” selector is still missing.

Is there a way to show the texts like the example site?

I’ve enabled the renew stack so you could investigate.

Hi Michael,

On the latest update, there are changes on mobile menu display for woocommerce. You can see it on our changelog here.

BUGFIX: Fix woocommerce’s cart product display on mobile.

I did some investigation, the issue you were having is because of a woocommerce version. You do have Woocommerce 4.0. That issue exists on that specific version. The compatible version we have is version 3.8 and you can see it here without that issue. Please downgrade to that version at the moment.

I downgraded woocommerce to version 3.8.0, but still the text isn’t visible…

Hi Michael,

Sorry, you’re having that issue, I can replicate that bug on my dev site where the product, price, quantity, and total labels are not showing up on mobile view.

I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it.
