Missing portfolio filtering

Hi there,

I am using Pro with the Integrity stack. For some reason, the filtering option does not show up on my portfolio page. I tried adding the shortcode “[x_portfolio_filters]” on the page, but nothing happens.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Thanks for reaching us.

You can do this by adding the filter through header bar, not the page content
the portfolio index page’s content is not editable in the builder

Also we have tried to logged in using the given credentials, but it didn’t work for us.

Can you please repost the Admin credentials here.

Hi @ki_admin,

I will recommend you to add a seperate Header for portfolio page, to avoid any effect to other pages.
And you can add the shortcode to classic_text or raw_content element inside the header.

We have create a example header with the filter. But seems it’s still showing old header on the front due to cache.

You can check once by clearing your browser and server level cache.
