Missing Parallax

Hello,

The site I am working on doesn’t have the parallax option to edit the background image. I have gone through all of your suggestions from another thread I found. So far I have done the following with no fix.

Deleted Cornerstone and reinstalled it.
Updated the PHP on the server to above 512mb.
Removed all plugins to see if there was a conflict.
Removed CSS/JS scripts.

Even after trying all of this, I still do not see the toggle for parallax in any of the image sections (see screenshot) any help is much appreciated.

Hi Kris,

It seems that the Advance Mode is not enabled in your page builder, please go to the Preferences and enable the Advance Mode to get those options.

I toggled it on but parallax effect still is not working. Any ideas?

Hello Kris,

Apply the parallax to either the lower or upper layer ONLY. You may also need to increase the size and/or the direction because at the moment it is already working though you can barely notice it especially if you are using a large screen. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
