Contact page is missing, services, a bunch of them.
I do have about 10 that were pre installed but a lot of the integrity 1 pages are not loaded when I installed theme such as contact.

Please note that installing the Standard demo contents such as the Integrity 1 will only give you the homepage with some filler contents that you can edit. The rest of the pages need to be created manually.
If you want to be able to have complete pages, you might want to check the Expanded Demos.
