Missing Page Graphic (Background Image)

Please see the image embedded here. I am missing a background image on several page (it serves as a page top graphic) and it used to work just fine. I’ve relinked the image over and over, applied global site transparency and still I cannot get it to show up. When you get into the editable page in the left column you can clearly see it was assigned as a section background. Can you fix this?

Hey @bluetroop2,

I saw that Cornerstone is up to date but not X. I updated X to test if the issue was caused by version incompatibility but it isn’t.

Your images are hosted elsewhere and you have probably used the Insert From URL option when setting the image. The problem is, your site can’t seem to access the image from the specific external image host.

Other image sources can work on your site.

I used your image in all of my test sites and it works so this means that the issue is not coming from X nor Cornerstone.

A third-party plugin or a server configuration might be causing this issue in your site. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Also, contact your web host to investigate the issue as they might have some insights as to why the particular image source is not able to work on your site.

Hope that leads you to the right direction in solving this issue.
