Hi, I’m working on a client’s website, ones it was ready I exported it but it worked partially.
With the header the style does not work, I read several threads but I cannot find the solution to this.
I export the header template from my site and import it on the new one but it didn’t work.
Then I tried to start again from scratch but with the same result, I can’t even put the background color to the bar.
Could you please help me? I need to solve this soon, thank you very much!

There are 2 Pro theme on Appearance > Themes. Please delete the other one. I can see Advance Mode is already ON so it should work as expected with other options. Please try again after deleting the other Pro theme. Let us know how this goes. Thanks.

Deleting the other copy didn’t solve the issue. That was something I tried as one thread mentioned it.
Can you please try to edit the menu on headers? you will see that the styling doesn’t work, no matter what changes I will try to apply nothing changes.

Hey @mmendez,
It looks like you have manually installed Pro many times that’s why there’s a number attached to the folder name. Please refer to the screenshot below:
Please remove the -5 in pro-5. It should only be pro. That must be the other reason why the setup in the backend is weird. There’s should only be 1 Pro WordPress Admin Menu.
Once you have corrected the setup, please try importing again.
