Missing License Codes in apex that exist in themeforest evanto

Hi, I’m missing one of my purchases of X in apex. It only shows 2 of my 3 licenses.

Tried adding it through the Register Product Code button, and it says the license is already there and already registered, but it only shows 2 X licenses and 1 Cornerstone license in apex. Yet I still see the Evanto downloads from ThemeForest for all 3 licenses of X. 1 is missing from apex.

Can you help? I’d like to upgrade the one that’s missing (as fate would have it) to Pro and take advantage of the free conversion from X to Pro, but it’s missing. :blush:
