Missing JS video player files

Could someone please help me?

It appears I am missing some files even after reinstalling the theme and updates. How can I install the missing video player files?

I have videos on my site as part of a course and the videos will sometimes play once but usually, they have sound but no video. When I inspect it, it looks like I am missing the JS folder and video player. How can I fix this?

I am using Youtube. For my blogs, I have been using the embed code but for my course, I need to be able to use only the links.

Please, can someone help me?

Thank you for the very detailed post information. I have inserted a video link on my test installation and used the embed video code with the video post format. I could not replicate the issue on my end.

Do you have any caching plugin or Autoptimize plugin? Please clear all your plugin caches and test again. If nothing is helping, please provide us access to your site so that we can take a closer look. To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:

No, I do not have a caching plugin.

The embed code works but links don’t seem to. (Youtube links) at least not for me.
For the CoursePress course I need to enter a link and embedding is not an option.
