Missing items WP Bakery-built homepage

Hello Support,
By way of troubleshooting, we thought we would ask X-Theme support first, before moving on to WP Bakery. Situation: we have 2 sites: www.cutflower.com (homepage working properly) and www.mearsfloral.com (missing items on homepage built with WP Bakery. Both sites are ‘same’ in the sense: WP 4.9.5, Z-Theme child 6.0.4, WP Bakery PageBuilder 5.4.7 and Ultimate Addons for WP Bakery v 3.16.22 by Brainstorm Force - however, the second site has elements that are showing in the admin for the page, but not displaying in the front-end. E.g.

1. the mobile phone is missing in the “Check out the many ways to save” area
2. “Latest from the blog”: the 3 latest blog posts are not showing up
3. the TEAM picture is missing
   Just want to check if you have seen this before and have a fix.

I’ve checked your website “mearsfloral.com” and I can see all these three elements, please check this screencast:

This could be a caching issue, please make sure you have cleared your browser cache and recheck this issue, also you can try different browsers to reload your website, I recommend Chrome incognito mode.

Ty for this. We are still experiencing this ‘phantom items missing’ issue so we are wondering about the cloud-based cache plugin. Here are 2 sites showing this behavior: www.mearsfloral.com and www.koehleranddramm.com - any other thoughts on these missing items, or how we can further test? We have credentials for logon if you need them, Ned

Hi Support, here are 3 sets of screenshots for the 3 missing items. Each shows the three sites, cutflower.com, followed by mearsfloral.com and last kehleranddramm.com - the first two sites show the elements - the last is missing (1) foreground image of phone, (2) latest posts, (3) team image. All three should be identical, and all three have the cloud caching plugin installed and enabled. Also, Google maps is now not working on any of these sites.

Also, here are 2 more sites with missing items on the homepage, same issue:

I’v tried to check this issue with the third website kehleranddramm.com but I couldn’t, it sounds like the domain name isn’t correct, please recheck it.

I’ve checked this issue on this domain ensignfloral.com and as far as I can tell, it seems to be a caching issue, because I’ve only disabled “X integration” in (WPBakery Page Builder > X Integration) then enabled it again and I can see the images are appearing fine, could you please confirm that?

Also, I had to disable some plugins, then re-enabled them again while debugging, it might be that I missed some plugins while I was trying to re-enabling them, please check the deactivated plugin on that domain ensignfloral.com and re-enable any of them that was missed mistakenly by me.

Sorry, it was www.koehleranddramm.com - any thoughts on why the google maps shows and error on the homepage of all these sites? It used to work.

Hi @rstreng,

Please try re-adding your updated and latest Map API. Maybe it’s deleted or changed, the error says the existing API Key is invalid.

As for http://www.koehleranddramm.com/, looks like its due to Ultimate Add-ons plugin, it wraps the element. Could you try disabling it and see if the issue persists?
