I’m currently working on a site that needs to have images in the off canvas navigation. For some reason, no matter what I try I can’t get the images to display. I’ve removed all plugins (save for WooCommerce, as this is where the links lead) and tried removing all custom code and it still won’t show up. The site can be found at https://tarheelants.sevenagesdesign.com/. The missing images are on mobile views (tablet and below), and the inspector shows them as src=(Unknown) in Chrome and an empty src on other browsers.

The way Images work in the Navigation Collapse element is that you need to add the images from Appearance > Menus menu. Please go there and select the menu that you want to have an image and add the image link there:
You can find the URL of the image that you want to add by going to WordPress Dashboard > Media and select the image in question and at the right-hand side you will see the URL information of the image:

The Image Primary location is where I put the URL for the images. Login info is attached.

Thank you for the credentials, upon investigation it seems you’re confused with your menus.
Please set the images on your Mobile Menu.
