Missing header/nav bar dots after upgrade to Pro v2

Hi Theme.co support.

I’ve got a site that had nav dots on the right hand side of a single page website.
After updating to v2, these disappeared. I reverted to a backup from before the update, but the issue is still the same.

I’ve tried to create a new right hand side nav bar (on a duplicate testing site) - but all it shows is a blank div.

Can you take a look?

Hey @dave_syntax21,

I see that the right bar is empty in the front-end but is present in the Pro header builder. It’s a weird issue and I suspect is caused by WP Rocket. Would you mind giving us FTP access. We need to deactivate WP Rocket and reset htaccess along with increasing your memory limit.

Sincere apologies for the delay.

I have tried clearing WP-Rocket cache, tried disabling the following plugins.

  • ManageWP - Worker
  • Visual Website Optimizer
  • Wordfence Assistant
  • Wordfence Security
  • Wordfence Security

Also tried increasing memory limit to 512MiB, but I could not isolate this issue. I will try re-installing Pro theme and update you.

Hi There @dave_syntax21

It seems that the issue is with your child theme. I have switched to the parent theme and your site is loading properly.

Could you please clear your browser cache and test on your end as well.
