Missing footer when viewing site as general public

We are building a site for a client using the X theme.

When we view the site when not logged in we are not able to see the footer. However when we are logged in it is showing. We have disabled all plugins and it still is not viewable. If you could assist us in figuring this out it would be appreciated.

Hi Cheri,

Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, the given URL is not accessible and shows DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error, but able to check it from your Themeco Account. What you are experiencing might be related to the Server Level Cache, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server-level cache.
If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

NOTE: I would suggest you deactivate especially the cache and minification plugins and check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

I have updated the secure note.

I have already tried disabling all of the plugins. No go.
I host the server and there is no caching. No go.
I tried clearing the cache in the Cornerstone settings. No go

Hello Cheri,

I checked your site it seems that you have created a footer from Elementor Header & Footer Builder where you have set the footer display condition as an Administrator you need to change it so that it can be visible without login.

Please note we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope.

Thanks for understanding

Understandable and thank you for your assistance.
