Missing Customization Options

I’m just trying to set an image background for a Cornerstone section but many of the customization options have disappeared. This is all I now see :


Any idea what happened?

PS : I had to upload this image in two parts as the lower half got cropped when I tried to upload a single image. Is there an image height restriction?

You need to select Always On under X > Settings > User Preference > Advanced Mode.
