The option to use Contact 7 form is missing. When I go to download the plugin it says I can’t because the files are already there. What happened? and how do I fix?
Hi there,
Please check the plugins page on your admin side and check if Contact 7 form is already installed there.
If it isn’t and you are still not able to install, please login through FTP and go to wp-content/plugins then delete the current contact form 7 directory that is in there then you can reinstall contact 7 form back in the admin area.
Hope this helps.
That worked! BIG Thank You!!
