When I started working on this site, I had Pro menu items that let me specify colors and fonts I wanted to use throughout the site. Now those menu items seem to be missing.

The fonts and colors has been moved. It has been explained in our changelog when we release the recent version. We have made the Color and Font Managers accessible from the Global Settings Modal.
