Missing CDATA comments

I am having trouble getting my page conversion tracking to work with Google Analytics. The page is:

If you look at the first conversion tag you see the error: Missing CDATA comments

Thanks for writing in! Could you please try utilizing this plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/).

Or else try adding the following code into your child theme’s functions.php file and then integrate your code to the following line.
<!-- Replace this line with your code -->

function x_custom_cdata(){
	?>
	<!-- Replace this line with your code -->
	<?php
}
add_action( 'wp_head', 'x_custom_cdata' );
