Missing blog pictures

Please be advised that there is no pictures showing in the blog section even when there is a featured image.

It might be the issue of custom code or plugin conflict, to help you with your concerns we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password

Hi @kcreative,

I have checked your website and found the Single Posts are edited using the Cornerstone and didn’t have the Featured Image element in the posts. That is why the featured image is not showing.

Please note that some articles have featured image some don\t but all of them are not showing in the blog.
Please see for example the article called “Our COVID-19 Response”

Hi @kcreative,

The mentioned post has the featured image, but you have not added the Featured Image element to the post through the Cornerstone and that is why the image is not showing.

Hi @kcreative,

I have checked and found that the custom CSS code is added to the Global CSS, which is hiding the featured image for the Blog page.

I would suggest you remove the code to get rid of this problem.
