I’m a small business owner, with a website, currently using X-Theme. The previous owner of the business had a friend of his manage the website, hosting it, and it is still being run under his license of Xtheme. I want to have full control over my site, and to that end I have purchased my own license of X-theme. I’ve emailed him, and he expressed uncertainty in how one would go about moving the site from his license to mine - so I thought I’d ask you. The end goal is to have the website operating under my license, with a different hosting service, most likely. Thanks in advance.

Hi Brad,
Kindly ask the account owner where the license is currently in to unlock the license then provide you with the license key.
To unlock the license key he will have to click on the key icon beside the license key.
Once the license key is unlocked, you may go to your license key page then click on the Register License button using the license key he provided to you.
