Please go to Tools > Site Health > Status and make sure that there aren’t any performance issues. In Tools > Site Health > Info > Server, please also make sure that you are using at least PHP 7.4. For the rest of the latest version and compatible versions, checkout this documentation to make sure that you are using the latest version of WP core, theme and plugins.

Okay, turns out Xtheme and Cornerstone just needed to be updated. Somehow glazed over that fact.
