Meta Comments not updating

Hi,

Under blog post titles, in the meta section, the comments counter won’t update. It just has a percentage symbol, regardless of how many comments exist on the article.

Is there a way to either A) fix this so it works like it used to, or B) remove the comments meta entirely (as well as the “/” before it)?

Are you using the standard comment system of Wordpress? Or something else like Facebook or Disqus? Please provide a sample URL that has this issue.

Thanks for updating in! It turns out that you are using an older version of the theme, X 4.5.1. Please have it updated to the latest version. Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 5.2.2
  • Cornerstone 2.1.3

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And I also noticed that you have added a custom JS code that results an error. Please have it updated and use this instead:

The opening <script> tag and the closing </script> should be remove because it is already being wrapped when this JS code will be displayed in the page.
