Message Counter

Hi,

I am experiencing the case when I have active messages counter with over 20 messages but all the messages are deleted. I tried to use Tools to reset all the options in BuddyBoss Platform but that didn’t help.

It seems that you are using the buddyboss theme, I would suggest you contact the buddyboss support.
