Menus Very Slow in Admin

Hello,

I’ve seen a few others post about this, but wanted to both confirm that I am also having a very hard time editing the menus on any of the sites I’m using with Pro, regardless of the number of items I have configured. As noted by a couple other people, the issue appears to be related to the graphic display options displaying twice for each menu item.

Can you provide any updates on a timeline for a fix here? Because I’m using Pro, I can’t easily disable Cornerstone from the dashboard. Are there any other temporary fixes you guys know of?

Hi John,

Thank you for reaching out to us. You could be having this issue due to low PHP Memory Limit, contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php (see https://theme.co/docs/how-to-increase-php-memory-limit)

define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

If the issue persists then please test for the following:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.

2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

4. Remove custom JavaScript and deactivate your child theme if using and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).
