Menus and Dashboard are redirecting to homepage

Trying to figure out why our menus are all redirecting back to the homepage. Additionally, many of the X theme related links on our left-side admin dashboard are redirecting to the homepage. Very odd. This is a site we’ve had for several years: http://www.laurengosss.com/ Thank you for any ideas.
