Menu with no link at root level

We have the problem that we need to make the root-level of a wordpress-menu clickable, but without a link that is triggerd. It should just act as an opener for the menu itself. When you click on the menu-bar at the moment, it reloads the start page. We want it just to pop up the menu.
How can we achieve that? Here’s the link: http://www.drlutz-sportmedizin.de

Hello @dogpile,

Thanks for asking,

Please add custom menu under Appearance > Menus and in URL text box enter # as that will make menu item not have link.

Thanks.
