Menu sub-items not working

The menu pages are working perfectly fine, but when it comes to custom links with anchors its doesn’t work, only way to access the link is by right clicking the sub-item and opening it in a new tab, and therefore on the page itself the anchors work fine. Is there sometihng I might be forgetting?

This is because you’re not using full or complete URLs. Please use full URL like http://example.com/service/#tag

Thanks for your answer,
I have tried entering the full links like you recommended but it stills seems like the links won’t work.

Hi There,

Your setup is partly one page navigation with extra pages. Unfortunately, headers made with the builder do not support one page navigation right now. They’re completely separate from that “One page navigation” feature on the page level. This was already set a priority features although we can’t promise an ETA. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has cause you… We will let you know once we have an update.
