Menu stuck in vertical position

Hello,

the menu bar is permanently stuck in the vertical position, I go to Appearance > customise > ubermenu (main) > menu bar and even though is clicked to the horizontal position the menu bar is stuck in a vertical position

Hi There,

Do you have caching plugin? If yes, try to clear cache. You might not be seeing the changes because the frontend might still loading a cache content. If not, please share your site URL and admin credentials using secure note so we can investigate.

Hello There,

Thanks for providing the information. Please add a skin. Having none may not style the menu. I am also seeing a JS error on the page. Please try to reinstall UberMenu. And if still doesn’t help, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your assistance,

I tried all the suggestions given, deleted and reinstalled Ubermenu, changed the skin to Vanilla, deleted and deactivated additional Plugins, but the menubar still is a vertical position, what else could it be?

i shutdown WP and logged back in again and it seem to have reset everything, is working now
