I’ve deactivated all my plugins (except Cornerstone and Bluehost) to no avail. Haven’t been able to solve the issue using any methods described in the forum. I’ve made sure to install the most recent version of X Theme.

We tried all of the above, including deleting and reinstalling Cornerstone, and the mobile menu is still not working. We created a staging server and attached the information in a secure note.

I checked your site on phone (iPhone 7+) and browser debugger mode and it seems that the mobile menu is working fine at my end. It might be the issue of browser cache, I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again or you check it in the private mode of the browser.

Still not working on our end, private mode or otherwise. Cleared cache on WordPress site and on browsers.
When I hit the menu expand button, the URL changes from hikersmovement.com to hikersmovement.com/# if that helps solve the issue at all.
I should also mention that it works in the cornerstone/theme-options part of the WordPress backend (480px and down) but still won’t work on the my actual devices.
