Menu sticking or drop downs not working

Hi there. See the secure note for additional details. We have had a number of people reporting that the menu drop downs sometimes don’t work, or permanently stick. We cannot replicate the issue. We were wondering if you could take a look?

I checked your site it seems that the site’s drop-down menu is working fine at my end. I have tested it on Google Chrome Version 92.0.4515.159. Please have a look at the screenshot in the secure note. It might be the issue of browser cache at your end. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. If the issue still persists please let us know which browser you are using.

Again, I cannot replicate the issue, but two other people can. The individuals are having trouble in all 3 major browsers.

They have said that sometimes the menu stops working on all browsers (drop downs don’t work at all) and other times some of the menus just stick open.

Hi @Audseo,

I am another staff and checked your website in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox updated version and found the dropdown navigation is working perfectly fine. Can you please ask for any screen capturing video or screenshot marked with the issue they are having, it helps us to recognize the problem?
