Menu showing on page template Blank, No Container, No Header, No Footer

Hi, the default menu is showing on a page that has the Page Template set to Blank, No Container, No Header, No Footer.

This is the problem page in a staging site https://staging4.startnow.co.nz/purpose/ and this is what it should look like… https://startnow.co.nz/purpose/

The issue starting after I assigned a custom header to the entire site.

Thanks for writing in! Can you please update your Pro theme to version 4.0.7. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role

Hi @ruenel. I’ve updated to 4.07, but the issue on https://staging4.startnow.co.nz/purpose/ still persists. Can you have a look, please. Login credentials in secure note.

Also, I’ve just noticed that the graphic links are now not showing in the main menu.

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your website.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.
