Menu out of place while loading and top bar position

Hi ,
Could you help me with our main menu, is doing weird hiccup on some pages after scrolling.

1.-Here is a simple scenario to replicate the issue:

On the home page, scroll down, then go to any other page, finally go back to home screen with the back button from any browser. And you will see how the menu is out of place for a moment (image attached).

Eventually it goes to its correct position but it takes a few seconds, do you know why is this happening?

2.- And on the other hand, how can we assign the top bar with an absolute position to stop scrolling up with the page? (ie leave the top links and social visible)

Thank you John for taking the time to take a look. In order to see the main desktop menu you will need a screen at least 1250px wide.

This could just be a browsing caching issue. Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.
