Menu only showing on large screens not ipad/mobile devices

Hi, I’m trying to build a website with Theme X which is so far better than any other theme I have tried, but for someone not technologically savvy I’m struggling with a few little things. I’ve set my primary menu and can’t see it when I make the screen smaller. I’ve looked at the previous topics similar to this and can’t find an answer specific to my situation.

Hi I found the solution on the support board after all of that. Is it possible to delete the query? I can’t see how.
