Menu on mobile need help

How can I make my menu disappear on mobile while possibly reappearing if someone scrolls up?

I want my mobile menu is be like “attacktheback.com” mobile menu… if possible for this theme! Not sure if it is or not. My website is “themmaguru.com” and right now my menu is always there on mobile.
