Menu not working on the mobile version

Hi guys, the menu on the mobile version of my site does not work, it works fine on the desktop version.
Can you advise, please?

Also, what is the + in the top right corner of the site?

It seems the console error is blocking the JavaScript code to fire on click to the Hamburger menu. I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi Dexter,

I have checked your website and found that the Menu is working only when you are logged in to the WordPress admin dashboard.

It might be the issue with the server cache which loads while you are not logged in. I would suggest you contact your Hosting Service provider on this. It has been also found the issue related to the Autoptimize cache but didn’t find the plugin in the list, this might happen if you have deleted the plugin without clearing the existing cache. I would suggest you check the Plugin Conflict issue mentioned in the previous post.
If none of these helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
