Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Could you please try testing for a plugin conflict by disabling your 3rd party plugins? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

No - I have deactivated all plug ins and the issue still remains

Are you using CloudFlare or do you have caching plugin like Autoptimize, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache installed? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Does your server have a caching mechanism? Some servers has a built in site cache. Please do check it and clear the site cache as well. You will have to do this every update updates so that the latest codes from the updated version of the theme/plugins will be serve by the server to your users. If you have varnish, you also need to purge everything.

If still not working, could you please give us access to your site so that we can investigate further?
