Hi @verobeachmarketing,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Font Awesome option is not enabled. I would suggest you check your Cornerstone > Globals > Miscellaneous, and make sure that the Font Awesome option is enabled.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

it is exactly as you show

Hi @verobeachmarketing,

Hi @verobeachmarketing,

I have checked the Home Page and surprisingly found the Mixed Content issue [ HTTP and HTTPS ] which is blocking the loading of the resources only on that page. I would suggest you go through the following article related to the Fontawesome font icons and troubleshooting steps.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

the http issues exists also on all other pages and the menu works, I will fix the https issue but it really isn’t making sense at current

so yes, there is no longer http: in the homepage source code and the mobile menu still does not work, works on desktop responsive just not mobile

Hi @verobeachmarketing,

As the console, errors are shown it seems that the font responsible to show the font awesome icons are still not loading due to the Mixed Content issue. I would suggest you again check by resolving the issue. If that does not help, please let us know the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

Hi @verobeachmarketing,

I have checked the Home Page font file path and compared it with the other page font file path and found the dist after the assets which is the reason why the file is not loaded in the Home Page.

Home Page:

https://cateringverobeach.com/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist/fonts/fa-solid-900.woff2

Other Page:

https://cateringverobeach.com/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/fonts/fa-solid-900.woff2

We are not sure what could be the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

The secure note was provided above can you not see it?

Hello @verobeachmarketing,

I tried to access the site dashboard but it seems that you have not given the administrator privilege to this user account. I would suggest you please provide the administrator privilege to this user account so that we can check it on our end.

Thanks

Fixed. Changed. Done.

Hello @verobeachmarketing,

I have checked your site and it seems that you are using an older version of the theme. Please be advised that the version of Pro theme 4.3.3 may not work with the latest WordPress core 6.1.1. We recommend that you clone your site in a staging area and do an update of the Pro theme to the latest version Pro 6.1.6 in the staging area. This prevents you from disrupting the live site during the update. If there are errors, troubleshooting can be done in the staging area as well.

Please also be advised that you were using the legacy Navigation Collapsed element. Please edit your custom header and replace it with the Navigation Off Canvas. Just do this after you have updated to the latest Pro theme version 6.1.6.

This is the updated off-canvas navigation which includes the Navigation Collapsed element in it.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

The theme is now… Version: 6.1.6

Hey @verobeachmarketing,

I have logged in and checked your site again. I noticed that in your Plugins section, there is no W3 Total Cache plugin installed. When I view the page source of your homepage, I am seeing this:

What caching plugin do you have or are you running a multi-site? Maybe you can ask your hosting provider if they have some sort of server caching.

Thanks.
